Lakatos | TA – Thermoforming for cups and jug (jar)

TA thermoforms cups and industrial pots. TA is a continuous automatic forming machine suitable for large-scale production of cups and industrial pots. Its molding and final cutting are done on a single station with male / female tool. The plug can be servomotor or pneumatic driven. Once molded and cut, the parts are ejected by compressed air. All press movements are over bearings, with no cams or slips. This equipment design enables faster and more accurate cycles to be achieved than most machines in the worldwide market.

General Features

- It works with plastic rolls.
- Continuous and fully automatic cycle.
- Servo motor film transport. It has two pin chains and double links to transport the film throughout the machine.
- Lower press movements and servomotor cutting with cutting height adjustment by the operator panel.
- Plug assist equipped (Plug). Pneumatic or servomotor plug drive.

- Adjusting the width of the film performed manually at 2 points of the conveyor.
