Application: House and construction applications
Lakatos has ideal machines for manufacturing parts for the “Home & Construction” sector. They can produce laundry tanks, molded tile boards, and furniture drawer interiors.
The recommended machines are Supravac-2 and RV-2. Supravac-2 is a single station with double oven. The heating in this machine happens on the same molding station promoting better stability in the process, which is highly recommended for PP usage. RV-2 is a rotary machine with double oven and double station, recommended for large scale production. These parts are usually made of PS, PP, or PE from 1mm to 6mm thick, aiming high resistance with low cost. In addition, they require some important technologies, such as: double oven, precise temperature control (PID) in both superior and inferior oven, pre-blow and plug assist.
