Lakatos machines recommended to manufacture these items are TA to make the pots and the TC to make the lids.
The TA line, for instance, molds and cuts in the same station and removes the pots or cups in a stacker. TC is a line of continuous and automatic machines ideal for the production of thermoformed parts from rolls. Its cut and mold are done on the same station: after cut and molded, the pieces are stacked and counted automatically. TC is modularly assembled (unwinder, conveyor, oven, press, stacker and output) and its modules can be individually customized to meet the various needs of each customer. This line works with PS, PP, PET, PVC rolls among others. The most common pots available are Ø 75, Ø 105, Ø 120 and Ø 150 mm with their respective lids. They pack fruit, candy, ice cream and other foods.
